I have lived in this apartment for about a year, and I absolutely love this place and have no complaints! The building is very clean and well-managed, neighbors are quiet and pleasant, and location is perfect with tons of great restaurants and H-mart in walking distance. Danny (property manager) is very kind, professional, and responsive, and has made living in this place such a great experience. I would highly recommend this place!
My son has lived here for over one year and he is very happy with this building because it is very well maintained and clean. The manager Danny lives on site and is very responsive to any issues that come up. There are only 54 units in this building which makes it more community oriented compared to the larger complexes where you don't recognize any of your neighbors. It feels much safer than the larger complexes.
As a LA native, I can confidently say this is hands down one of the best, well-managed properties in LA. Not only is the location in the heart of Koreatown, but the management here also goes over and beyond for each of their tenants. This is not a large apartment building either, so it truly feels like a close-knit community. The building manager, Danny, is incredibly kind and one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed living at 616 Kenmore. He is attentive, proactive, professional, and really takes the time to help you with anything you might need. You'll never live in another building with management who will go out of their way to put so much effort and attention into your living space!
616Kenmore is hands down the best location in Koreatown with the best property manager Danny. You have all the food you could possibly want within walking distance not to mention H-Mart (grocery store) right across the street. Danny lives on site and is always very responsive regardless if its actual working hours or not. Would highly recommend this location for Danny alone.
