616Kenmore is hands down the best location in Koreatown with the best property manager Danny. You have all the food you could possibly want within walking distance not to mention H-Mart (grocery store) right across the street. Danny lives on site and is always very responsive regardless if its actual working hours or not. Would highly recommend this location for Danny alone.
Before officially moving in, I met Danny (property manager) for a tour. He made the whole experience seamless and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I ended up applying the same day! After living here for a few months, I can honestly say it's been great. Danny, Angel, and Regina have always been kind, friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Some things about the building that are particularly notable: It's always clean! The hallways are clear and vacuumed. They're also on point with fixing issues immediately. They changed the light outside my door before I even brought it up to them. Another observation I had was how the packages are also always organized and some are sent straight up to the front door which is so convenient. What I like the most is that there are no loud noises and bad odor coming from other apartments. Tenants are respectful and friendly as well! :)
I have lived in this apartment for about a year, and I absolutely love this place and have no complaints! The building is very clean and well-managed, neighbors are quiet and pleasant, and location is perfect with tons of great restaurants and H-mart in walking distance. Danny (property manager) is very kind, professional, and responsive, and has made living in this place such a great experience. I would highly recommend this place!
I resided in this apartment for nearly three years, and throughout my stay, I never encountered an issue. This apartment has truly been outstanding. Danny's management was both prompt and impeccable. Additionally, Angel's efforts ensured that the apartment was consistently maintained in a pristine condition. Although I'm reluctantly departing due to relocation, the outstanding service and experience here will remain as a good memory. highly recommend!
